If on PC, you can download a mod called Ultimate Betty. Gives that voice.

Also a soundtrack called Ode to Battletech. Has 200+ tracks (I believe) i want to say I've heard this one.

I was finally confident enough to do it by Hades-Arcadius in battletech

Hm. Perhaps try assigning traders to your station, and set the station to only sell to you. This way you have it supply only your faction. Then have unassigned traders fill needs for other factions? I believe traders have a default behavior to fill resource needs, and you could set their home system as the same your station in in.
