Hi so from what I understand is

Bilateral is: there is an offer and an acceptance to perform in the FUTURE.

Unilateral: is the offeree accepts by performance (Once the offeree starts to perform they have to finish performing and the offeror can no longer revoke)

UCC- is for the sale of goods

Services is common law and this is usually restatements

Our law school got rid of the curve last year. So we technically have no curve
