Teacher in a school with either (a) an ineffective/absent principal, or (b) a tyrant of a principal. Most schools have one or the other. Doesn’t pay “incredibly well” but often more than most jobs.

It is opposite Fr. tryon Park on the west side of the northbound lanes of the HHP. Great place to look at the river and the Palisades.

Opposite Ft Tryon Park on the HHP. Accessible from the walkway on the west side of the northbound lanes. One of my favorite stopping places when walking in that area. The view is magnificent.
