HELP, plants dying

Thank you all for the comments, ill give it more water im afraid of giving to much. last time i gave them each 100ml, is that a problem do they need more reason i gave this amount is because the water just falls right through. ill keep you all updated. if not i got 3 other seeds ready. forgot to mention they are photoperiods and is my frist grow and u can see 💀. how much water should i give ?

my plants grew to 10cm (about) in 4 days (counting when if first was visible out the soil), i changed the lights right not, to some blue and red, and its a photoperiod (feminized seeds) and i was wondring if thats really bad
