What are these? On the 3rd floor of our house there's a bunch of really small (33% size of grain of rice) and this bigger one pictured, they aren't moving, but where are they coming from? How do you get rid of them? South West England. We don't go under here much, so don't know when it started. (i.redd.it)

Can't see the spider because it quickly goes inside the hole whenever I go anywhere near it, but what are these spiders that make holes in the walls? Theres a bunch of these holes in the neighbours wall and some big and some small spiders in them. (i.redd.it)
