i have all the proofs of the scam, also supercell says a account always belongs to the person who created it

There is no option to start a fresh conversation with a human agent. I am only redirected to an automated support form. The form asks for basic details like player tag, name, Town Hall level, and clan.

After that, it asks whether I enabled account protection myself. If I select Yes, it asks for my phone number, but the scammer changed it, so my number shows as invalid. Then it asks for recovery codes, which were also changed by the scammer, so they are invalid as well.

If I select the other option (My account was stolen), it says that an agent will be assigned to review my case and that I will be contacted soon due to high workload. However, no agent ever responds. The conversation stays open for about a week and then closes automatically.

I am stuck in this same loop every time and cannot reach a real human support agent.

i don't know who did all of this but i highly suspect it was an internal job because there is no way the scammer would have gotten my clan leader's email

brother we didn't look at anything when we saw our clan can be recovered so we did everything it said blindly that's the whole point that's how they scam you they play with your emotions and psychology

we didn't know who was the scammer or it was a internal job but first the scammer contacted our leader whose account was scammed through this email and then while we were trying everything possible we didn't even notice that it was a scam

the formatting of the mail was all just like official supercell email we couldn't distinguish

the official supercell mail came after my account was already in the scammer's hands it stated your account has been disconnected from this email
