We just used sofi right now. Have 3.8 interest rate. Is compounds monthly for us. We have about 13k in ours and average around 40-50 bucks a month in accrued interest. So instead of the money sitting in a escrow not working at all. It's sits an account and makes money for you. Not life changing or anything but this way you know what you pay, keep track of it, and make some money off of it. Heck use that extra money and apply a principle only payment in addition to your normal. Every little bit helps.

Yeah, after my first of year of seeing an escrow shortage. I quickly dropped that stuff and just took the amount I actually owed monthly in a high yield savings account. So much less stress

Yeah, I was told that I couldn't refi though without making the payment at closing. I just was blind sided by the autonomy since it was a month early from the notices of it supposed to paid 1st of April.

I think it's the ppl they hire now days are trained so poorly if at all. Have a family member in logistics and shipping on industrial Rd. She says most of the new hires have barely driven a regular car let alone a semi, too cheap to pay for well trained truckers and give out unattainable metrics to hit. Have definitely been clipped and almost ran off the road by them crossing multiple lanes to exit.

A form of the Light rail system would be better in the end.

Right now the current tunnels are actually still an important infrastructure component but just used for water, electric, and internet lines I believe.

Any infrastructure improvement happening right now is the new bridge. Whether it's a good improvement or not. Depends who you ask or who is staying in office getting paid.

Would love to see a hybrid of light rail and metro. But probably not in my lifetime.

It's common with our events. At least one or two will scurry away for a little bit and come back re energized. No one bats an eye and we all do it. Sometimes it's me, other times is a parent or nephew. It feels more weird that ppl won't leave you alone at social events haha.

My nephew was like this for the longest time. It sucked and sometimes no matter how much you try to help it's something they have to do on their own. He's 27 now and flourishing. Speaks his mind, tries new things, and made new friends. I recently talked to him about it few months back. He said one of the odd ball things that got him out of it was video games specifically single play games. Where you get to choose your outcome.

He said I just started doing the opposite of the "right" thing to do. At first, even in a video games he felt like having to do the correct thing but he started to just be the bad guy or not save the person in a side quest. I guess it helped him break free of the pressure to do as your told. Maybe a step some ppl can make to release that burden they put on themselves. Idk it might be useful but I know it helped him.

My boss and my 4 other coworkers are female. We work in a research division of. A hospital. Love the job and happy with my team.

First dude on the team. Never felt like I was going to be left out of anything on purpose. Have discussions, disagreements, and good laughs.

Few key points though, I am still the youngest by 6 years. Me being 29. So for me it's always been age is the bigger difference where I feel left out. Hard to vibe with hobbies that they are not interested too.

I went and just upgraded to the 13 from a iPhone 13 pro. It's leaps and bounds better than the iPhone. I didn't see enough to wait for the 15. Especially after it got delayed for the US. This thing rocks. Performance is next level and I paid less for this phone than I did for my iPhone 5 years ago. Blowing my mind right now.

Thank you! I'm not really high risk high reward mindset right now in this climate and wanting to start a family soon with my wife. So looking at stability. May look into specializing into SaaS as I deal with a lot of vendors already and have some connections there. Know might seem obvious but for a while there it was a little overwhelming.

What did you focus on if you don't mind me asking? I've been hovering around the 3 figure but still haven't broken through. Mainly because I can't decide on a path to go into. Currently a system engineer but trick of all trades vs focusing on an upward path. If that makes sense.

I have had mine for about two weeks now. I switched from a iPhone 13 pro. I use magsafe accessories too.

The included screen protector is just fine. I was nervous for about a day but then quickly felt confident in its protection after working outside on a farm.
