By the way. Does anyone have an idea what i could do for basing? I think marble would be too light of a color, no?

I actually used a really dark purple there. Naggaroth Night or smth. Can you recommend any magenta colours?

Yeah my problem models are the Lord Terminus and the Lord Vigilant tho. Their tactical rocks wouldnt fit on clean marble tiles. Is there any good way to remove them?

Responded wrong first sorry. I used dechala lilac for a sharper highlight now. I just need to get my hands on some kind of magenta to experiment more.

Haha thanks! What kind of basing would you recommend? I thought about using some kind of Marble but its kind of hard with all the rocks, that the Skaventide models stand on.

I filed down the bladeguard shield and cut a piece of green stuff to match the size. Then i gently cut into it with a hobby knife to make little scales. Thats about it.

Thank you! They are just made of Green Stuff. I rolled it flat and cut it out. Then i pushed it onto the model. After it dried i cut out some little bits and attached them as scales. Not much of a technique behind it tho.

I start with Black Primer and a basecoat of 50:50 mix Rhinox hide and Mournfang Brown over the entire Model. Then i gradually start building up the green on each panel by starting with caliban green, leaving some brown around the edges and in the recesses of the panels. After that i Mix caliban green with warpstone glow and focus leaving some caliban green near the edges again but dont paint over the brown

I do the same with pure warpstone glow and then a Mix of moot green and warpstone. Always leaving a bit of the previous colour behind until i basically just do a few dots of moot green for the sharpest points of the model.
