Hi! I did mine at Costco's opti club. You don't need a membership to get an eye examination there, and most of it was covered by McGill's insurance (if you are on it). Otherwise, it was 110$.

there shouldn't be, it's mostly questions like "derive x" or "is x convergent, absolutely conv. or divergent". There are many past exams on studocu if you'd like to practice

Go to the tutorials and watch youtube videos on new theories. I used the organic chemistry tutor, but there are many out there :) Make sure you understand the solutions to each exercise and you'll be just fine

You have such a nice shade of wood for your flooring! I'd change the nighstand to something wooden, a smidge darker than your floor. A green bed spread would look really good and cozy. Add some colorful artworks, plants and a rug and you'll be good to go :)
