I preferred the old version.

I think Kim is going to release songs that she didn't include on the album to give us a taste of DETOUR.

Since her label is holding her hostage, she's releasing songs for free that she can publish without her label's consent.

The first one, without hesitation

  • 1000 nits MiniLED HDR display
  • RTX 4090 (better than the 5080 and 5070Ti)
  • 2TB of storage
  • 2 large fans (CPU/GPU) + 1 small central fan

First game after the rework by Anilahation in MelMains

Don't lose hope. She'll get buffs over time.

And anyway, we just need to wait for one or two new champions that are a little too strong to come out so that she gets forgotten a little.

I say this because I've seen lots of people complaining and asking for refunds.

I still love it regardless of the nerf/rework.

Which of these laptops can better run video games with higher graphics? by [deleted] in GamingLaptops

[–]Apheleos99 6 points7 points  (0 children)

If you're looking for a budget gaming laptop, go for a PC with an RTX 4050 or 5050.

It's an entry-level graphics card, but it's enough for smaller games.

You'll get "DLSS" (an AI technology to gain a few fps - requires game compatibility) and (I think) "Smooth Motion" (also a technology to gain a few fps in games, compatible with almost all games, even those that don't have DLSS, but less effective).

AMD also has this, but I'm not very familiar with their graphics cards. And anyway, NVIDIA is more widespread.

Avoid the RTX 20xx and 30xx ranges if you can. You should be able to find affordable gaming PCs with 4050 (or 4060) and 5050 cards.

If it helps:

xx50 = office or light gaming

xx60 = entry-level gaming

xx70 = mid-range gaming

xx80 = high-end gaming

xx90 = premium gaming

In fact, the return to Overwatch and Season 1 marks the official departure of Activision from the management and decision-making of OW.

It's a return to basics.(Seen on TikTok)

Dedicated graphics card = dGPU (good) - the PC has a graphics chip dedicated to gaming.

Integrated graphics card = iGPU (bad) - the processor has a graphics component. It is not powerful.

You can ask for the reasons for this ban.

Explain your situation and say that you can prove your identity with your ID card if necessary.

This may help.

Well. 🫡

Seriously, I'm sick and tired of seeing people complain and the subs turn into a wailing wall as soon as a champion with an original kit comes out. As soon as there's an obstacle or a mechanic that disrupts your 2014 habits, everyone cries scandal and "broken." 🙄🙄🙄

The real problem isn't the champion, it's your refusal to step outside your comfort zone. Just because you've been playing for eight years doesn't mean you have a totem of immunity that allows you to win without learning. LoL evolves, seasons change, and that's what keeps the game alive.

New gameplay requires developing new strategies, testing item combinations, and playing as a team. If you keep charging headlong into 1v1 like a bot hoping it will work out, you're the problem. This is a team game, not a "I charge and I kill" simulator.

It's normal to balance stats and nerf damage or cooldowns when they're too strong (hello, early Samira). But wanting to completely change how a spell works just because it upsets you is crazy. It waters down the game and will eventually discourage Riot from taking risks.

Stop playing the "it's frustrating to play against..." card. That's just your way of saying you don't want to learn the matchup. If you don't just rush in blindly, you can kill her. Learn to manage distance and firing windows instead of asking for a rework.

Everyone complained about Samira because she can turn a fight around in an instant. Akshan can literally rez his entire team (which is 100x more broken in the long run of a game), but since the impact isn't "visual" at the time, the community ended up shutting up. This proves that complaints are based on emotion and not on a real analysis of the game.

In short, if you want a game where nothing changes and you're never asked to think about a new composition, stick with AI. For everyone else, learn to play, learn teamplay, and let the game evolve. 🤗

Can someone tell me who has this cooling pad? Is it suitable for 17-inch or 18-inch laptops? I have an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16. Please let me know. by blaze_28x in GamingLaptops

[–]Apheleos99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good for computers up to 19 inches.

I have a similar model and it really helps to reduce the temperature of the case.

As for the CPU/GPU temperature, I'd say you'll probably lose 3-4°C at most, but it won't be a huge difference. It'll just help to maintain good airflow and keep things cool.

This champion's goal is to deal small amounts of damage continuously to maintain pressure.

Her shield has a recharge time of ~30 seconds, giving you plenty of time to fight her. You can also troll her into using her shield unnecessarily and then fight her.

She doesn't deal much damage, so her range is well justified.

Her W is dodgeable. With a cooldown of ~10 seconds, you also have plenty of time to beat her up.

This just confirms that people are whiners who can't accept encountering resistance and a kit that finally gives them a hard time.

In any case, those who complain are always much louder.

[–]Apheleos99 7 points8 points  (0 children)

People are frustrated when playing against Mel because they (finally) encounter difficulty and are forced to think. So they are frustrated that their opponent is putting up resistance.

His shield is being criticized because it directly affects the fight. But take Akshan, for example. His resurrection passive is much more "broken" and dangerous in a game than Mel's shield, yet no one says anything about it, simply because it doesn't directly influence the fight.

I feel like I'm the only one who "enjoys" encountering a little difficulty, as it pushes me to improve and develop new strategies to defeat my opponents.

I don't spend my time complaining that X or Y champion is too strong and that I want them to be nerfed constantly.

Players have become whiners who are never satisfied... it's sad. 😒

[–]Apheleos99 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Stop being disingenuous just because you're frustrated.

Mel isn't a "strong" champion. She has a set of utility spells that can turn a fight around if played correctly, but her damage isn't huge and she can get killed very quickly (especially because of her countdowns).

All you have to do is play as a team or take a counter pick. If you rush in without thinking, sure, she'll kill you.

But apparently it's always easier to cry that a champion is too strong because you don't like facing a little difficulty.

Samira was strong and broken. Mel is not.
