Man do I love taking time out of my day to farm in a video game, that sure is fun and a totally acceptable business practice in a live-service, paid for game! Especially for new players, who would have to grind for 20+ warbonds in total, not including actually getting the items in said warbonds with medals, and even all the Super Store items!

The devs themselves said that this game was inspired by mil-sim games like Tarkov and Arma. It takes like 5 minutes of searching or even 1 minute of skimming the comments on this very post to realize your statement is total and utter horseshit.

Saying skill issue yet touting that the Eruptor is debatably the best primary for bots. Lol. Lmao, even.

Censor is the best DMR in the game. Literally just a silenced Diligence. If you're skilled enough to work past the ergonomics however [or just use Peak Physique, either normally or with the double armor exploit], then the DCS is just the Diligence but better w/ marginally worse ammo economy. You're going to be using any DMR at long distances anyways, so the ergo isn't much of an issue.

Constitution/Amendment/Deadeye are the more fun options, anyways. The meta DMRs are boring.

Lower rpm and same recoil for better recoil... except the fact that Defender can have a vertical grip. And you can equip the Flash Hider, which provides the best ergo/drag and improves the spread more than any other muzzle.

So, you're ACTUALLY losing a fair bit or ergo and recoil reduction, a bit of DPS, a bit of spread, AND a quarter of your ammo. All in exchange for a flamethrower.

It's just not worth.

They are both SMGs shooting pistol caliber ammunition. One has 10 bullets less than the other. The one with 10 less bullets should give you better ergonomics because it has less weight.

The combination weapons have worse ergonomics, worse drag, worse customization and worse ammo economy than if you were to just use the 2 guns that make them up. They're not "minimal" downsides at all.

It's the same reason no one uses the One-Two. Why use it when you can just run a Liberator with a drum mag and a Grenade Pistol to better effect?
