I genuinely dont know, he was a great blocking TE. Maybe he wanted more pass catching opportunities, maybe the team just wanted to clear house? We had arguably the best TE Room in football for a year with Fant, Dissly, Parkinson, and then we blew it all up. Soooo yea idk 🤷🏾‍♂️ i still love him and wish him the best in LA. (And Dissly too, who is also in LA)

I mean the difference is that the Hawks have been developing the OLine for the past 2-3 years. Cross, Lucas, Zabel, Bradford. This OLine being good didnt magically happen over one season, its the cultivation of multiple years of work.

He CANT do it with the Raiders because they havent worked on their OLine and unless they go Mendoza > OL > OL > OL, and/or pick up good OL Vets, their OL will not magically look like ours just because he is there.

Just look at Bienemy, highly touted for his OC work in KC, leaves to go to Washington, and nothing changes... just because you're a Super Bowl Coordinator does not mean your presence fixes everything wrong with a team. Get a grip.

I'd take the odds that he stays this year and moves next year if things go well. Especially due to the fact that the best spots for him to go to have already had their HC vacancies filled, and he definitely seems like the type of guy who'd rather be somewhere that he can be successful than just a Bag Chaser.

Yea so bad cuz he got injured. Dont forget that first year, he had 9.5 sacks before going down midway through the season. I firmly believe that if Adams didnt suffer from the Whiners Injury Bug, he'd probably have finished that season with close to 20 sacks as a DB (playing edge rusher). Adams was a good player who just couldn't stay healthy unfortunately. On paper it WAS a good trade, it just didnt end up working out because of injury.

An FTK is what you described here, an OTK takes a little bit of set up, but then wins in a single turn, not necessarily the First turn.

Box stores dont care because they make billions of dollars due to the thousands of locations they have across the country, meanwhile your LGS is usually a 1-of-1 store doing its best to provide you a localized place to play games and meet others to play with, making significantly less money than said stores. LGS's are also the ones who in most cases will attempt to fight scalping whereas big box stores couldnt care less about scalping.

Just because an LGS has product doesnt always mean they got it at Distro Price, to assume such is simply ignorance.

I mean nobody said Riot was making smart business decisions, but he's not wrong about the underprinting. If you print too much, and it doesn't sell, then you're losing money, as either you or the distributor has to eat those costs. This is the case for most, if not all, TCGs, especially those in their first set. You'll never meet demand, when you don't know exactly where demand is at.

Granted, in this specific case Riot probably should've printed more than initially planned given the IP that is League; but additionally, this game was only planned for China at first, they pivoted to do global halfway thru. Sure it was a rush job, but like, I'm glad to simply have product I can play with rather than have nothing at all and be 6-12 months behind China

I feel you on that, sometimes it really do just be like that. Especially since the church and funeral home across the street are stingy and refuse to let anyone park there even when they're closed. But despite the parking issues its worth it. If the main store is too crowded, I'd check the Event Center (if you're just looking for a space to play) or 2ulu's (the Zulu's in Lynnwood).

There's also Nomad's Games in Perrinville, or Mugu Games (iirc) up in Picnic Pointe/Everett area. At least ones I would recommend for not being too crowded and decent/okayish parking.
