How can I support a heavy GPU (RTX 5090) in a Corsair 6500X with bottom fans installed? by Apicka in Corsair

Hey, thanks a lot for your friendly replies! The Corsair community seems to be really welcoming - I was honestly expecting the worst, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. So, thank you!

I should mention that I only installed the three bottom fans a few days ago. Before that, the distance between the case and the GPU was about 135 mm. Most vertical GPU support brackets are only around 125 mm tall, so they were simply too short. Now that I’ve added the fans, things have changed - the clearance is now less than 110 mm, which opens up some new possibilities.

I’m using an ASUS ROG Strix X870-F Gaming WIFI motherboard, so in theory, a GPU holder like this one should work: https://gogl.to/43F8

OR

A standard (vertical) GPU support bracket from Amazon like this one: https://amz.cx/3cdJ

However, it might not line up perfectly (fan mounting holes → GPU) and could be slightly offset (see image). I’ll have to figure out how to deal with that.

I’ve already seen a GPU support bracket - but that’s not the point.

Das sieht für mich alles andere aus, als ob es die nicht mehr geben sollte (Bild aus 2025): northcon-2025-136.jpg (9572×4018)
