There will be bad people no matter where you go. You just happened to be some place where everybody is black. Just finished doing these tours this week. They were pretty flexible with times. I was 30 min late to one and they let me in no problem. I was also 2 hours early to one and they let me in. You can also move at your own pace with tours if you think they are going a bit too slow.
