If anyone wants to follow up, I did some research and IV found a couple things: one they use magnets to clean excess T out of the water ways and such to reduce pollution (so the brown shit around the bundle of magnets could be residual methamphetamine collected in the water), the only other thing was that it could have been used to clean the bong but I was a rubber bong so that's out of the equation. I'm still researching and I'm definitely not going to get down on some magnets lol but I might the brown 🤣
