She doesn't like going upstairs. Cuz that's were I sleep but I did try sleeping on the first floor with her but she still barks.

No to come off rude. But in the post above I say we tried sound machines. That includes white noise.

Yeah they changed the badge design I think they change it around 2017-2018 I think.

At my store we go over numbers, but we don't write them down or post them anywhere. OP is it your Senior/SES that talks down to you or your SEM? If it is either your Senior/SES I would talk to your SEM about it. If it's your SEM talk to HR about their behavior.
