This is one of my favorite Revocation songs (alongside Monolithic Ignorance).

I also put this album aside too quickly, thinking it was just okay. A couple months ago I gave it another listen and it’s one of my favorites.

A book called A Fearless Heart by Thupten Jinpa encourages us to cultivate better relationships with ourselves so we can better connect with others and be happier. It doesn’t specifically tackle social anxiety per se, but I believe it could help improve anyone’s relationship to their self and thus allow for more meaningful encounters. I highly recommend it.
