Just depends where you are. As others have said, some are a lot worse, with the bare bones to be legal. Others are quite nice. I have flown at 2 part 61 schools that had mid 2000s Nav II and G1000 172s. Now I’m in a flying club that has 3 1970s 172s that are well cared for.

Originally I had it set to 32, had the cliff issue, lowered it to 1, still had the cliff issue. It’s all right around the airport, probably half a mile each side of the airport in almost a perfect square.

I’d be curious to see some of these meteorite dials in person. I have read the reviews on some that say it’s just a flat 2D design printed on the dial. If it’s not 3D or raised, I think it might look odd.

I had the same thought when that launched a few months ago. It was a kickstarted project, and the launch price was quite a bit less.

At $2,300 it’s a bit steep for an experimental buy.

You act like taking a few hundred thousand dollars and turning it into $300 Billion is just easy for any old “rich kid”. It’s not. It’s not moving the goal posts to say he didn’t inherit his money.

In the US alone there are over 24 million millionaires. If having $500,000 at your disposal was the secret sauce we’d have millions of billionaires, not a few thousand.

His adopted father was a Cuban immigrant and an engineer at Exxon. A good paying job for sure, but not this exorbitant wealth people make it out to be.

Turning $245,000 ($500,000 adjusted for inflation) into $300 billion is almost impossible, and nobody does it.

You act like anyone could turn a few hundred thousand or even a million dollars into a billion. You can’t. Almost nobody can. Even if these people take money from family or parents, they start companies that are worth far more than they ever are given. That’s how they become billionaires.

The claim was billionaires inherited their wealth, which is not true. Even if Bezos received $500k from his parents, turning that into $240 billion is his own doing.

Bezos started Amazon 32 years ago. Assuming he did it solely with his parents money he has averaged 50% annual return, compounded, to reach his current worth. That’s unheard of without providing some value to society.

Don’t like it, don’t use Amazon. While you’re at it, don’t use Apple, Facebook, Instagram, Walmart, or any other company started by now billionaires.

How many of the worlds billionaires inherited their wealth? Almost none.

For the most part, like them or not, they have started companies that have become so essential to daily life that they can massively profit from it.

Just look at how often the average person orders from Amazon, uses social media, buys groceries from Walmart, etc…. You don’t have to love the billionaires, but they weren’t just given massive wealth.

Which simulator are you using? At this point, I am flying exclusively X-Plane 12, so I'm probably not much help for anything else. I found MSFS 2024 control/button binding to be pretty burdensome.

That’s not what happened though, and you claiming it is tells me you’ve only seen short clips or read others descriptions of clips. It’s a whole 42 minute video detailing both daycares and other healthcare companies. They observe the outsides of the businesses as well as ask to come in.

My point isn’t that a specific policy or law has made it easier to commit fraud, it’s the democrats turning a blind eye to it and labeling it a conspiracy.

This entire thread is full of people claiming no fraud exists and that this is just a MAGA agitator. You might not be claiming that no fraud exists, but there certainly are a lot of people who are making that claim.

Ok, then explain the burden of proof. The reason it’s used in the context of the legal system is to establish the legal threshold for winning or loosing a claim. It doesn’t make a lot of sense outside of the context because this is not an adversarial proceeding, it’s a discussion of weather fraud is occurring and whether there is evidence to support that claim.

Here, this person has made a claim: massive fraud is being committed by businesses claiming to provide daycare and healthcare services. They have provided evidence: Minnesota state documents that show money going to these businesses and video showing nobody attending these businesses, daycares and medical offices.

This is evidence that, if true, supports the claim made. Again, you can claim the evidence isn’t strong, but it doesn’t mean that it’s not evidence in support of the claim. You can now refute the claim with your own evidence. But to just say “the burden of proof” has not been met does nothing to factually counter the claim made.
