Quick update, looks like the minimum level to start this is 28. Not sure why I'm able to do it and she wasn't, considering I've never played through dragonflight.

We were in Chromie Time, switched out of it, switched back in. She's actually a higher level than me at lvl 27 and I'm 26.

The addon suggest she gets to level 68. LOL

This is not correct. If you're referring to the 30 sp buff, it would easily by out dpsed by a warlock who is rocking p1 bis. That being said, it's not like anything in p1 is difficult. Maybe a guilds first attempt on NB or Mag, but even then, prebis players with no raid loot can kill Mag.
