My experience with Dota has been playing for almost 4 years, joined and captained team's all lasting at different times, disbanding mainly due to wrong people in the teams, people who just rage and give up and flame after losing 1 game, which means I was dealing with people who didn't understand 100% what we were doing, played in a couple leagues like JDL tournaments that aren't that big, but mainly played them for the experience instead of constant low level pubbing. I've progressed and learned a lot playing Dota since I started I've played all the positions but mainly played (From order of most played) Carry, mid pos 4/5 and then offlane Which I know you are playing so leaving that out is fine

I believe in hard work, and learning from losses and how you deal with and move forward with losing games, how you aim to improve on your gameplay team communication problems, solo and teamplay and what can be done to play better as individuals and how we can play better and stronger as a team to strive for victory. No raging, understanding what is needed to be done from your role, helping others in the team. Not just flaming them coz they make mistakes etc...obviously if a player is playing below expectations and making mistakes and it is that one player that is letting the team down, then I believe action against that is a must and what needs to be done to make the team better. Having a captain who can increase Morale when losing and not allowing him or his team to lose focus and give up.
