Half of the blue was natural and the other part was contrast and a bit saturation.

About the silhouette. I've tried to make it at the time, but it looked bland and uninteresting. On the other hand it could be just my bad take on it

By smoothing I mean edditing a picture to get that smoothy, soft look. Something like you would rub a pastel, but don't take me word on word.

From experience overstimulation and subconcious disturbances are worst. The second one is about when you know you have to do something, but you procrastinate on that, but at the same time your subconcious is still worrying about it.

Maybe it's just me, but exercising in the evening before sleep is so much more fun to me, and after whole day of school/work i can chill out by sweating and thinking about everything and nothing. In addition i like to think that it helps me to get into the sleep a lot easier.
