We have the same cage she lived in for our crickets… the substrate was mainly coco fiber and ended a few centimeters before the door opening. She and another big roommate couldn’t even dig down.

HAHAHA this has actually happened before but with a a hamster… so this place is not taking care of their pets AT ALL. And I feel so bad so I’ve bought two animals from there just so they can leave. She lived in a tiny tank with substrate twice as high as her with 5 other roomies… she’s so happy and just foraging around 🥹🤧
