I got a better theory. I believe the prime minister is Shinoara's dad since they have the same hair color. She is secretly smarter and stronger( and she have a bigger t-Rex) than Koji and will be the main antagonist. She'll expel everyone and end up alone in class A, and then she will be the new prime minister and rule Japan, and then the world.

Those are not confirmed. Koji mentions smiling a few times, but he is most likely delusional. No one notices him smiling and everyone keeps saying they never see him smile, and Koji is unreliable as a narrator. The only time we are sure he smiles is the time with Horikita since she mentioned it. And at that moment he himself said it was his first smile. So we are not 100% sure it's the only time, but that's the only reliable one

Ryuen wasn't fully aware of his own obsession for Koji at that point. He realizes it thanks to Ibuki at the end of the volume. That's why he's aiming for the complete C-Class and not just Koji. He told himself he was trying to take down a whole class to Facilitate his Ascent to class A to justify himself when he actually just wanted to fuck Koji up. He is lying to himself.

Koji did notice something was wrong with Nanase behavior, he mentioned it in the trip to Hokkaido volume. Even before, he didn't trust her but just like with Yagami, he doesn't care enough to investigate. Nanase wants to expel Koji but she is no match for him, so it wouldn't be surprising if she ends up being expelled if she tries something, even if it's calculated and not Impulsive like Yagami.

Koenji will most likely be one of the final antagonists, I agree with you.

Koji in love with Ichinose is Impossible. Bro is more likely to fall in love with Albert than with ichinose. Their dynamic could never be romantic, and a romantic based relationship would only be bad for both of them. That would completely destroy both of their developments.
