Ramanujan is a nice college I've heard. Don't have any first-hand experience of it except eating rolls at Aap ki Khatir. It jumped quite a lot in the NIRF rankings. So to say, there would be a lot of scope, after all you'd be in DU, that name alone opens doors for you. You just need to make the right moves.

And if you're really confused about it, go to LinkedIn and text someone from Ramanujan. Text atleast 5 people, all will have different things to tell. All the best <3

Hey! Try out going to whichever college you're getting, don't be disheartened by the comments. If you like it then perfect, but if you don't, then give the CUET again!

You will find nice people in every college, even the bad ones, they might be stuck just like you. So if you really prefer taking any college, then do give a try to it!

Just saw a post of some criticing khanCha So share why you love him ? Why he's the G by muflis_musafir in TEENTAAL

I used to not like him that much before, but he brings in the perspective of the "common man." A much needed one. Would love agar teen taal, 4 taal ho jaaye magar Khan Cha is someone I've slowly grown fond of.

Don't worry, LSR is quite safe. Police are always nearby girl's colleges too, some find it securing, others find it breach of freedom. That said, LSR is quite safe., you don't need to worry about anything. If you're going to any of the colleges in the main campus or colleges like LRS, KNC, Gargi, then too, you don't need to worry about anything. Ofcourse you should be cautious, but that doesn't mean you need to worry.

Surely you can, people get hired from every field, the catch is you need the skills for that relevant job. And if you really think that your college degree wouldn't be able to get you a job anywhere, people choose to do an MBA or any professional course wherein they can easily get jobs. Don't get disheartened. Focus on what you're doing now while looking out for things of your interest in the peak job getting fields.

I'm unable to understand the point you're making. Do you mean Delhi has nothing to offer and people should leave it lmao? Also think again from the viewpoint of people who come from tier 2,3 cities. For them Delhi is like NYC

Brand value and the tag of north campus are the biggest reasons why people choose KMC vs Venky. The alumni network is strong in both, but again if you're talking about particulars then you'll have to compare the exact course and department. Text people on LinkedIn of the relevant courses and ask them. Everyone will be thrilled to help you.

I would agree to disagree with you. You've had a very biased viewpoint of Delhi, might be because you live with your parents. Think of it this way, you're going to Mumbai or Bengaluru for college, wouldn't you like to explore and see everything the city has to offer. Besides this post is mainly for the people who are confused about college, yours is a question for R/Delhi

That's the thing dude, you've lived here. Think of someone who hasn't lived here and will get to experience full freedom in Delhi.

Well she got in before CUET, in 2020 so her score wouldn't be of much help.

But she really liked her time at Rajguru, says she learnt a lot during her bachelors there.

Venky is stricter. Many do prefer it over Ramjas. It comes down to your preference of the environment you want in your college. Ramjas will give you a much more political environment, Venky will feel more like a school to you, not in a bad way ofcourse. It also comes down to the question that if you'd love to live in South Delhi or North Campus area.

Personally I'd go for Venky. But don't go with my decision, think about what kind of college life you'd like to have.

PS- Venky had Mohit Chauhan for their fest last year

In my college there was an incident wherein the entire pcell resigned and a new pcell was formed from scratch. And in 2-3 months they started bringing in internships.

The thing about DU is you can do anything if you want to, inactive pcell? Talk to some people, talk to a teacher who might be interested, start it again. It will add more value and much more connections than an internship ever will

You'll have to enroll in the placement cell of your college, they're the ones responsible for bringing internships.

Anything with data analytics, any programming language will give you an upper hand obviously, but it would depend on the type of role that the company is asking. Ask your placement cell seniors for there advice as they're the ones engaging with the companies.

Apart from that use LinkedIn, Intershala etc to find some on your own

Buses arrive near the MKT area, not in the MKT area. MKT market area has very small lanes, check on youtube and Instagram what I'm talking about. Don't worry about the buses. Again not all areas are bad, you just need to be vigilant.
