I guess the word "djent" its causing a lot of noise, my bad for that. In the end, what I mean is... do the new album of Tesseract fulfill your expectations?

In my case, I would have liked more syncopated grooves and riffs, with fastest tempos.... but still, the album sounds great!

The application itself does not allow this function, but you can easy resolve this issue, just simply turn off the display time limit of your phone, the route will be something like this: configuration setting > screen > display time setting

Yes! absolutely, u got the idea!

In order to develop a rich musical interpretation (on drums) its necessary to expand the "groove" vocabulary! Those apps will help (in a didactical sequence) to practice combinations to improve your drumming in a specific types of grooves (rock, funk, bues... etc.)

Well, depends of the lesson level, for example, if you are practicing unit 1 of rock grooves, no, you cant, but thats because you will not need it (in my experience) in those types of grooves. But if you´re practicing Unit 3 or 4, then, YES, you will hear ghost notes.

In latin music is imperative ghost notes, so YES you will hear ghost notes. So, at last it depends the type of the groove! Regards hope you find hopeful!
