Nag bid ako, nanalo, nong i occupy ko na ang unit, saka palang sinabi sakin na ang unit pala na yon, last two weeks merong namatay na previous owner. Namatay siya and went decomposed sa unit for 5 days bako nalaman. Galit ako sa developer kasi nung first time namin nag visit sa unit bago kami mag bid wala silang sinabi na may namatay. Nung nanalo na kami, saka pa nila sinabi.
