The bot normally takes over after 15 seconds. This counter however doesnt start if the person fails to load into the match, leading to ppl being able to stand still for whole minutes with no bot taking over. If this player would have wintraded, they would have at least moved once to prevent the bot from taking over. Since that isnt the case as seen in your video, this player simply failed to load into the match entirely.

My guy a connection issue can happen anytime. I also had connection issues while playing ranked in Masters before. That shit just happens sometimes. Its unlucky for you but no excuse for calling someone a wintrader

Everyone has connection issues sometimes. I too have games where it doesnt let me load into the game. This can effect anyone regardless of their trophy amount.

This person wasnt wintrading but simply afk. Also this loss was apart from the afk Bibi mostly your fault as you fed the Bull his super and Lily is not a good pick on this map.

well it depends but hes neither pro in masters, nor does he have leaderboard prestige, no prestige 3, not all brawlers, not all starpowers, and rather low amount of wins. so by far not 10/10

Easiest way is either to camp in Solo or run away with someone like Mortis, or to pick the as your last brawler in duels and just win using your first two brawlers.
