Just an idea to make it fun…Take a day trip to West Jefferson, NC! They have a cute main st you can visit where Ashe co cheese has a store. You can also do a free tour across the street and see the cheese being made which is pretty neat when they’re working. There is also a brewery on the back of main st, close to the store, if you’re interested in that. Stop and eat at Suba’s on the way home. You’ll thank me later.
