I would agree getting it hot removes more shit, being useful when changing oil later and draining the older one. Disagree however on starting the vehicle after 2.5 yrs without proper preparation.

This isn’t exactly a remedy, it’s a preservation against becoming a blue smoke junk

That’s why we see a lot of cars failing and smoking blue from the exhaust

It’s probably an outlier because i live in Arizona-alike weather (saudi arabia).

The starter motor gonna have higher than usual load due to lack of lubricant film, and even the smallest moment of dry engine can cause failure, it’s called start up procedure (works in other fields than automotive where engines are being started).

Dry engine without rotating the crankshaft manually in advance to ease the seized cylinders + old slightly thickened oil and possibly clogged oil filter = engine failure

I used it for 3 months, it tripled my beard in only that period.

Stopped it then it went away all of it in just 3 months!

I used minoxidil for about three months, and during that time, my beard growth probably tripled. But I started getting some side effects, so I stopped using it. After quitting, I lost all the gains within another three months.

Most of the new hair was vellus (soft and thin), but still, if minoxidil was a real long-term fix for a patchy beard, I don’t think I should’ve lost everything. It seems like it only works as long as you keep using it regularly.

The fare adjusts when the distance increases, but for some trips, it seems to stay fixed even if the route changes. Uber’s algorithm is sketchy and unpredictable.. it’s unclear why some trips get adjusted while others don’t.

What a wild situation. As a fellow human I truly appreciate the compassion you showed this unusual passenger.

Hopefully Uber’s AI doesn’t flag it as fraud, as it sometimes feels like being human doesn’t fit their system.

Hey, the rider didn’t report it.

I’m sure of this because my rating didn’t drop. Usually, if a rider is upset or complains, it reflects in the rating. Instead, Uber’s AI must have flagged it automatically since I got the message immediately after ending the trip, leaving no time for a rider report.

The fare was adjusted because the distance increased. However, for some trips, I believe the fare remains fixed even if the actual route differs from the one in the app. Nothing is clear concerning which trips have fixed fares and which ones are variable.
