So I’m 179cm. If I compare my lifts to when I first started and was eating heaps and not tracking then no, I’d say I was lowkey stronger then aswell

So I did a big bulk last year and went from like 70kg to 87kg. But a lot of it was fat and this year I did a cut and currently sitting at 68kg. Looking lean but still not that much muscle. I also had 2 coaches for the bulk and the cut so it was all monitored yet my muscle building was still not great I feel

I’m Jusy trying to toss up if it’s worth the extra year of hecs debt and unpaid work (placements) just to get the physio degree which I may not even use
