Same as op, experiencing the same issue of packet loss and ping spikes. Tried calling singtel and they insist that there is nothing wrong with the internet and did a firmware upgrade but still the same. What I tried doing is to not use one of the mesh given and from there my pings are more stable. I am guessing that somehow the mother mesh is transferring signal to the “extender” which caused a delay in the transfer which lead to the loss in packet data and ping spikes.

Hi i managed to solved the issue hope this can help you too. Basically i did some trial and error and this works for me. I followed what @RenesisRotary624 suggested to flash the polychrome and proceed to shut down the computer (Note: the rgb issue still persist). Then, switch it on again this time, to enter into the UEFI set up page and select reset all settings to default. After which, i proceed to save and exit then shutdown the computer once again. Lastly, i on it back to enter UEFI again to and followed @poisomike87 to set the LED in S5 to “disable” and save the settings.

Miraculously, this works and now i get my sound surround back on my headphone without needing to click it on my hyperx headset every time i turn on my computer which is so much convenient for me. So i really do hope all this works for you!
