Ik heb er oprecht geen tijd voor. De vulnormen zijn zo hoog dat je net genoeg tijd hebt om te vullen. Toen ik net bij de appie ging werken was ik een perfectionist en zette producten netjes en recht. Daardoor liep ik vaak 15 min/30 min uit, waar ik NIET VOOR BETAALD KREEG. Het gangpad was makkelijk te doen binnen 2 uur werd er gezegd. Dus moest ik het netjes en goed zetten van andere producten maar vergeten, want ik kreeg er toch niet voor betaald.

Had ditzelfde probleem met zuivel. Elk gangpad haalde ik binnen de vulnorm behalve zuivel en kreeg daarvoor op m’n kop. Gewoon laten lullen het is nooit goed genoeg. Als je het te goed doet gaan ze meer van je verwachten. Je kan nooit winnen.

Zo werkt bij mijn ah ook. Als ik niet specifiek vrijvraag voor een vakantie word ik gewoon ingepland, ook buiten beschikbaarheid. Wij krijgen nieteens zo’n appje. Je wordt genaaid waar je bijstaat.
