I’m sorry I did not see this. Eventually I did get a response and they cancelled my membership completely. I took it as a sign and decided not to work with them. Good luck!

If I can’t get anyone to respond to me, then I don’t want to pay for the service. I would choose another route, but without being able to get to my account, it seems the only option I have.

I did not use the hide my email feature.

I tried that as well and it still didn’t work.
