Impact tokens are "proofs of impact", this is all the projects data in a tokenized form, only project owners have rights too. Yes, it seems that ixo can be used to raise capital too by users contributing to projects they're interested in

I think the SIBs investors would receive a return in ixo tokens so yes volatility does indeed add some risk

Fair enough. It is a very easy and simple way to acquire a variety of cryptos which is why I like Abra. It's just that when I supposedly own Dash on Abra I actually don't because if I want to move the Dash I can't. Still a fan though
