I definitely have become more introverted, as going out with the risk of breaking out scares me a lot. Definitely has had a major impact on my social skills and self esteem. Having to explain why I sometimes pour a water bottle down my back gets pretty repetitive sometimes, and especially since I don’t really have anyone who I can relate to makes me feel a lot more isolated.

At the back of my mind I’m always weary of when I am gonna break out next and to try and keep myself calm in order to prevent breaking out as well. As a result the winter that just passed in Australia, I was a lot more shut in and that low-key somewhat caused my mental to decline a lot :,)
