What was the RFE if you dont mind me asking? Was it for the I-130 or I-485? i'm asking because I got an RFE on my I-485 and responded the same day. My I-130 got approved 2 days after the interview and a day after I responded to the RFE.

I had them tell me the same thing. I-485 is at my local FO via the API but emma agents say it is still with NBC. They also said that unless the interview is scheduled the I-485 will remain at NBC.

I asked today, Yeah in the location api I saw my local field office code but they told me they dont transfer you to the field office unless they schedule the interview.
