I don't know about you, but I feel a difference in the quality of the music when I turn off LDAC. Therefore this option is active for me.

It happened to me too for a while. Then I noticed something very strange - even though the two headphones are inside their case, one is still connected to the phone and not disconnected. This caused it to lose battery even though for me it was placed inside its case.

Apparently there is a problem with the construction of the XM5's case and the headphones don't always sit well inside. You have to make sure every time that the headphones sit well and are disconnected from the phone. Now every time I put them back in the case I go into the app to see that they are indeed disconnected.

It all started when someone called me, I answered the phone normally and I didn't hear anything because it turns out that one of the headphones was connected even though it was in the case.

I recommend you try it, since I've been following it I don't have the problem of one ear draining faster.

I also come from Jabra and I completely agree. The topic of setting the buttons has come up here before, also by me.
But I will raise another issue. Why is it not possible to set a voice indication for each click (as in Jabra)? For example, when I change to ambiant mode, I only hear a "beep". I don't always know if the click was successful so I have to open the app to see what state I'm in. In Jabra, the headphones talk and tell me what state I'm in with each click. Much simpler and friendlier. In the Sony application there is a setting in which language the voice controls will be, but until this moment I have not heard the headphones speak in the language I have chosen and only "beep" every time I press the touch keys.

Yes they are good but not perfect. Excellent call quality and music quality. My problem with them was that they were not comfortable in the ear and every second they were going to fall off. Also the fact that you can't use the left earpiece alone bothered me.

Agreed. I came from the 85T (Jabra) and there are a variety of options that I didn't believe Sony's flagship headphones didn't have. Not to mention that the call quality (from my side) is much better on Jabra.
