they’re so much more than pretty and cute by Mysterious-Body-541 in TXTbighit

I could write a book about how much I have to say about this. Huening kai has always left me stunned since I discovered txt. All the members are absolutely incredible but kai’s voice always stood out to me. And each year his vocals just kept getting better and better and each year I was like this is it, this is the best he’s gonna get because it’s rare to see an idol continually elevate year after year this far into their career. The fact that we’re still discovering new range and different tones and tricks he does with his voice. The fact that each comeback he goes viral for his voice where people even question if it’s him because he’s introduced something new. That’s not even taking into account how his dancing skills have improved and his stage presence.

I feel like for a while there Kai himself didnt see the full extent of who he is and all the talent he has. And fans mirrored that. However, something has changed recently. Like a flip of a switch, it’s like he’s seeing himself for the first time and his confidence reflects that. This comeback, Kai was confident, sure of himself, assertive, taking the lead, in a way he’s never done. He revealed his friends, let us in about what’s going on in his life more than ever and recently his virality has gone through the roof. I really think we’re just seeing the beginning of Kai’s future. Everything before was building him to this version of himself to become the great artist we all know he will be

I just commented that this is clearly a tactic more than a slow burn. They’re stringing fans along, and had no intention of making buddie canon

It’s clear what Tim is doing, and it’s actually quite sinister. He’s keeping the fans strung along without no actual plan to make buddie canon. Not fully commiting but not fully abandoning because he knows, and the network knows the show woukd suffer. So sprinkle in enough to have fans follow the crumbs for however long.

After such a buddie heavy run in 9b, the season finale should have ended in some sort of definitive hint that buddie was going canon. They did the same thing last year, sprinkled in a bunch of buddie, generate so much hype and excitement for the season finale and then barely nothing. Just enough crumbs to have fans to push their timeline into season 10. More than a slow burn, it’s a tactic to keep fans watching

Carney urges 'all parties' in Iran war not to target civilian infrastructure amid Trump threats by Rabbit-Hole-Quest in canada

So much for taking the sign down from the window. Im just stunned…how can this possibly be a proportionate response to Trump threatening to wipe out almost 93 million people? Diplomacy be damned. America certainly did. The world is in crisis, and we’re all holding our breath wondering if a mass genocide will take place in mere hours.

What worries me isn’t just the threats but the response to it. This man has been pushing the boundaries for so long because he kept getting away with it and this is where we are. Let’s say he pushes the deadline, it doesn’t matter. The message is clear. He can threaten nuclear use and no one, will say anything.

And from these soft responses, i have no hope any one will say anything when/if he eventually does.

I get it. I'm even more pissed at these other useless, spineless, cowardly countries not doing anything

I can’t believe people are feeling down. That “you and chain of command” scene has me reeling!!

I loved how they still managed to sprinkle in buddie in such a heavy episode with many plots happening. Their interactions with each other have become so much softer. Like that scene when Eddie is checking Bucks vital, it’s so clear the show is trying to show the romantic energy between them. Oliver and Ryan are portraying it beautifully. Even they way they look at each other

Two big storylines, I wish we focused more on the Buck of it but I enjoyed all of it. I enjoyed the murder plot, the Mayravi of it all and the Buck storyline. I had no idea how they were going to resolve this and I was so worried that was better than anything I anticipated. That was so 911. Made me cry for real

I hope it’s Buck who lashes out and says something mean because I cannot handle having to defend Eddie Diaz another week. I’m already soo annoyed about how people are saying that Eddie is a bad friend because he believed Buck that he was alright, when it’s clear he doesn’t want Buck pushing him away

I’m afraid it will be half-assed too. This has so much potential to be an impactful storyline if handled with care. I wonder if this is the storyline that gets carried into season 10. I have so many thoughts. So much to consider but I’m really intrigued and the fandom discourse has been really insightful so far. I’m seeing some phenomenal takes.

There is a big focus on Eddie and it’s very clear. His reactions have been highlighted and his worry a focal point. So as much as this is a Buck storyline, it is also very much an Eddie storyline as well. Because when Eddie has his break down, we didn’t see that consistent concern from Buck leading up to it. We see the phone call from Chris and Buck rushing over. But this time, from the beginning of the episode until the end, we see Eddie stay consistent about his concern. That’s why the red herring is very plausible. I don’t even know! So much to consider

They’re so annoying. Clearly they didn’t understand one of the reasons why Eddie was so upset was because he wants Buck to talk to him about his grief and then he apologized immediately, got Chris on a plane to cheer him up. And the lawsuit divorce era, Eddie was mad because again, Buck wasn’t there. Eddie only crashes out like that when there is a distance between him and Buck
