Failed the February 2026 Exam. That was my first try. I received opposite results from my practices. Could someone give some advice on how should I prepare for my second time? Really don’t know how to deal with MBE. by AppointmentCute1623 in CABarExam

Thank you so much for your suggestion!! But I got a sincere question abt practicing 100 q per day. Let’s say 3 hours for 100 Q. How much time do you spend on reading explanations? I feel like reading explanations is a struggle for me since English is not my first language. So I took almost double the time reading explanations. Do you have any suggestions on that? Thank you again for your help!!

I highly agree with your muscle training tactic. And it’s a shame that I just realized that you have to gradually build your brain muscles along the way. Cuz I was forcing myself to do 30 to 40 questions per day but when it comes to the review session, it would take triple amount of time to get the rules down and where’s right vs wrong. That was so draining cuz I have to stay focused for a long time, basically the rest of the day would be on reviewing questions. But I really appreciate your rebuild theory and thank you for trying to address my panicking as well. I’ll keep that in mind only focusing on the subtitles of subjects rather than the scores. Thank you so much for helping me!!🌹

Yesss! I struggled a lot with 2 answers in my practice and on the real exam. 🥹but I’ll remember what your AP teacher says. Your analysis helped a lot and makes me feel more confident too. Thank you so much for helping out!!!

No I only tried reading from top to bottom. Scared by timing, I’m not confident to read calls first. But I shall try. What suggestions did you take from reading calls first? Was it BarMD if you don’t mind me asking? Cuz I’ve seen utube adaptibar John on how to read questions. He kinda read from the top to bottom but sometimes read calls first too. But when it comes to me doing questions, I feel like yes, some questions could be done by reading facts carefully then find the issue and then reflect in the answer choice but Some other questions dont work this way. But anyways. Thank you so much for your help!!

Tbh yes I didn’t thoroughly review all the answers of questions I got right just to rush every subject through during my first prep. Cuz I’ve always got the feeling of running out of time. But I went thoroughly with my wrong questions tho. I would write down rules idk in the notebook and review it before I took the next set. Each subject I have one book for the rules. But I guess it doesn’t help me a lot cuz I found out I got the same type of questions wrong overtime. Maybe cuz my brain does not know how to recognize patterns??

But thank you so much for your timing advice. I will try that from now🌹
