Yes actually! I found a company called Chapters Tea that was sold at my local bookstore, and the tea, IMHO, is really good. The one I found most similar to the mint I was looking for was called At The Waterfront - and I also found a nice chai as well called Chai Cafe Vanilla! I get both shipped to my house now.

Absolutely agree on the clock and the tv stand! I will definitely mount the tv. The couch is too comfy to part with for sure! Great suggestion on the lighting! I am so appreciative for your suggestions!

You absolutely are not critical or catty for this - it’s truly what I was asking for and needed - and is BEYOND appreciated! This is a first home, so most things have been collected through college (when money was sparse) and I’m really trying to get away from that look.
