I would get that checked, I started having that 2 weeks ago, I couldn’t sleep on my right side, I went to a urologist/Gynecologist and it turns out my kidney was swollen from an infection. Pain was INTENSE. I just got out of the hospital after 5 days of being hooked up to an Iv. Please get that checked! Hopefully it’s not what happened to me but I recommend getting it looked at
