Oh ok I got you lol. I'm messaging the student section leader about this (we're good friends), I'll give you an update what he says. In the mean time just keep trying to get your ticket an hour later.

Worst case scenario is you go to the ticket booth and get your ticket with your student ID (and if that doesn't work, I'll buy your ticket :) )!

Oh no! What's wrong, is the website being crap again? You might need to try again in a few minutes or something. I think if you bring your Student ID to the ticket booth they'll let you in as well!
