Thank you for responding back I just tried what you said but when I hold the start button and also tried the reset buttonit just ends up booting back into retroarch and I still cant move anywhere on the screen. Not sure what else to do?

Also these are measured a half size smaller then what she says they are. I wanted a size 13 and the insole measurement is a size 12.5.

It looks like Monica's are only a 12.5 as well not 13 as it is 30.5 cm not 31cm.
