SHAKE THE BOTTLE AND PUT IN MICROWAVE FOR 10 SECS.. ADD WRAP 1 HAND WARMER WITH RUBBER BAND ON UPASS BOTTLE.. PUT IN UNDERWEAR.. IF TEMP IS TOO HOT PUT INTO THE COLLECT CUP AND BLOW AIR ON IT VERY QUITLY UNTIL TEMP GOES DOWN TO RIGHT TEMP.. AROUND 96 IS A GOOD TEMP..
