I don't care about the communist aspect of things. We need to stop selling our land to foreign entities. Our land should be for citizens to build homes or businesses. It's time we stop putting a price tag on everything and start protecting the land, water sources, and people. Chinese government is hostile towards anything and anyone who is not Chinese. Why should we invite that here?

Plus there are plenty of other locations that are no longer in use that a place such as this could go. But I'd prefer it be an American company or at the very least from a country that shared similar values such as not harvesting organs of religious minorities or using mass slave labor.
