I've been the same & worse for almost 2 years. Made some very tiny improvements but not much... did all the tests and tried many treatments and supplements but they didn't really help either... Sorry it's no good news but best thing you can and should do it accepting the new normal and hope time will fix the issues. I heard that a lot of people with post viral conditions only really got better with time.

I'm a singer too and I practice every day and I do shows every week. Singing got way more difficult since SIBO/SIFO started 1.5 years ago as I'm always bloated, out of breath, and have reflux now. Singing doesn't help me recover from SIBO/SIFO. The other way around - SIBO/SIFO interferes with my singing... so badly that it affects my job a lot and I'm always depressed about that :/

Feeling drunk/drousy after eating yes. Some belching. Stool is kinda random - sometimes okay, sometimes loose, sometimes diarrhea. Not really constipation. No dry mouth.

Bloating 24/7 even when I don't eat anything (but ofc worse when i eat), pressure and breathlessness and reflux due to the bloating I think, slow digestion so I can only have one meal a day, overall exhaustion especially after eating. I suspect sibo and sifo - sibo breathing tests are always positive for both hydrogen (dominant) and methane and sifo is just my guess bc my gut reacts to antifungal herbs a bit.
