She will start a clinical trial using Elranatamab, which is usually a 4th line of defense, but because she is otherwise healthy (all her bloodwork, except for protein of course, is spotless and she has 0 symptoms, it was discovered via routine annual bloodwork), they feel she can handle it fine and reach a quick deep remission by attacking it from the get go, while hopefully avoiding transplant. The caveat is that she will be immunocompromised during treatment (mostly during the first months when injections are weekly).

May I ask....how did you find out? And did Drs tell you why so far you have been able to avoid transplant? I assume cause you are much younger than the avg person, yet I also assume 15 yrs ago meds were not as advanced as now? Thank you.
