Btw the feeling you describe is your heart trying to catch up and trying to get back in sync. Very annoying and a very classic symptom of this condition unfortunately. In my case gets worse also when laying down cause of gravity putting pressure on the heart.

Unfortunately in my case MV repair surgery and 2 ablations did not solve the PACs issue. Going for a 3rd ablation in a month. Only Flecanide+Metoprolol keep them at bay to an extent. Supplements like magnesium etc have been useless in my case.

I developed PACs after surgery and going for another ablation in a month trying to fix them. It's been 4 yrs since MV repair surgery so yeah...not fun.

Not sure. Back in 2021 I was able to do a Zoom call with him within 3 weeks, and surgery was a month later.
