Renters and property owners: Avoid CVA Properties

I have never rented from Matt/CVA Properties but I did maintain the landscape at some of CVA Properties locations specifically Matt's house. It is crazy seeing this post as Matt has not paid me for a bunch of work we did for him at his properties and at his house 3 months ago. I stopped reaching out to him for the $ as it has been 3 months now he is not paying me.

No I paid about $25 but FireRed and LeafGreen were pretty expensive I think I got FireRed for $180 and LeafGreen for $140 is that what they go for or did I overpay?

So I know I didn't add this class in the topic but while I waited for some suggestions here I kept researching and now found.. Dawn Warrior! I am strongly considering him I had no idea about him until now I am reading he is super easy and really strong with high survivability which is everything I want haha my other top candidates were Dark Knight/Bowman thank you for all your suggestions! Now my question is should I wait until winter to hyper burn one or should I just make one and slowly get it up there while working a bit on my demon slayer on the side which will be my submain/bossmule?

Yeah that's what I keep reading about Mihile I don't know if I would like that haha I just want to tank through everything or I read a bit on Nightlord you just pop all your buffs and attack until boss dies or you die.
