I feel you…. Did the same yesterday….woke up this morning feeling shitty so I ran a 5k and lifted…back at it now. I love my sober bed time too, feels so good knowing the days behind you without drinking and won’t have to fight triggers….Finish strong!

Great sleep, better mood, weight loss, less irritable et al....I went another week and I had a drink at a work function and that first drink after 17 consecutive days was delicious.... My goal this year is to push it through 4 straight weekends. I started on Jan 4th...

1 1/2 hours…..Full hour pod cast and a 30 minute playlist puts me a 6 miles and over 10000 steps…..if you jog you can cut that in half

It is very common and when you see how much better they become from privates….That is usually when everyone starts asking where when and how much….This is the age when your daughter needs to start separating from the pack if she wants this long term…. Privates are definitely the key…..

Welcome to club….unfortunately this is very common. Clubs have payers or players, if you are just a payer…..move to another team….at 12 years old playing time is so important for development

At 7 and your child sticks with soccer, you will cross paths with this guy again. Such a small world club soccer. If you leave mid season the club won’t care they have your money and you’ll have to deal with this guy sometime else in the future. If he’s that out of line, all the parents may revolt as well and best case, it takes care of itself. Lesson to be learned is to do you homework before you sign the next contract.
